Work at MMA
Our firm is selective on the type and number of transactions we execute at a given time. As a result, we work in cross-practice teams which gives our associates both rounded and specialized experience across a spectrum of corporate and commercial law transactions and dispute resolution, as they rise through the ranks.
We work in an informal and collegiate environment through which all our staff have a close working relationship with partners. All our team members get to split their time at the firm between handling billable and non-billable activities.

MMA Law Academy
The MMA Law Academy is our firm’s internal platform for delivery of practical training to young professionals with a three-prong focus on technical expertise, leadership and for our in-house team, organisational culture.
The training is structured to strike a balance between meeting the needs of lawyers that may require in-depth training in a specific area of practise and those that would benefit from regular exposure to the basic legal and commercial essentials across a diverse range of subjects relevant to our clients’ work.
In addition, our lawyers have the opportunity to take up slots reserved for us at training programs run by the international law firms we collaborate with while the more senior of the associates are accorded the opportunity for secondment to such firms.
