Our work primarily covers advisory services to sponsors, contractors, financiers as well as companies engaged in corporate acquisitions and other commercial transactions.
We have particular expertise in infrastructure, energy and natural resource law, securities law, financial services and industry.
EXPERIENCE
Our team is led by Julius M. Musoke, who has particularly extensive local and international experience in projects as well as corporate and commercial law.
Julius has previously worked at other law firms and as Principal Counsel at the African Development Bank, where he worked on some of the most complex transactions in Africa. His transaction experience covers over 20 African countries and includes a number of first-of-a-kind transactions in several jurisdictions.
